We present a second generation of our popular school harness GII 2. Reduced straps, enlarged airbag and padding for more comfort are just few of numerous upgrades our designers prepared for you. The harnesses are designed in three sizes covering pilots from 150 to 200 cm of height, being an excellent choice not only for flying schools and beginning pilots, but as well for all who just like simple solutions. GII 2 can be used as a tandem passenger harness and make a complete set with the TWIN harness.

R&D comments
GII 2 is not actually a new model but just a modification of our previous version. This was a challenge, especially to improve the airbag and the under surface section. We wanted to improve the airbag efficiency, yet we wanted to keep the harness light and simple. We listened to the feedback from the schools claiming that the under section must be stronger as the students are just mastering the landing techniques and sometimes things go a little wrong and get scuffed:
We reacted to this feedback.
So, we modified the shape of the airbag, we increased the volume and we achieved quite amazing results of the simulated impact test – only 22-24 G compared to previous 35 G. (EN standards consider the harness certified if it passed the free fall test with 50 G.)
We used the best and strongest Cordura available and placed it on the bottom section of the GII 2. We rigorously tested the airbag in the field and observed how the materials and airbag reacted to the every day abuse that is common place on the training slopes of the school environment. We are very happy with the outcome!
