Paramotor championship - Spain

Day 1 (Thursday June 16, 2011)

The first task performed is an accumulation of distance between beacons.

It is a task of speed and navigation which gave us an hour, José María Solá takes the 1000 points followed by Cesar Maldonado to 926, Javi Guerra 906, 760 and Paco Guerra Victor Rodriguez with 754 points.

After browsing inflate the bollards and launches sleeve eight, a task of skill and speed in which he outlines Paco Guerra, pilot Parabatix taking 10 seconds to the second driver in this case Javi Guerra followed by Javier Novillo, José M ª . Solá, Cesar Maldonado, Karen Skinner.

Taking advantage of this soil task was also taking off and landing accuracy, a test of 500 points the pilots have to go to the first and land on the target. Most pilots take off right the first time but only two pilots and one of PF1 c category managed to hit the target PL2.

On the same morning also makes a navigation beacon hidden speed.

Pilots had to fly into a beacon on it change the course set in brifing, and a length of 1, 2 km. They had to find the mark (mark hidden) and return to the field as soon as possible. The fastest was José M ª. Solá, followed by Paco Guerra and third in scoring was Javier Guerra. They were not faster than other drivers who were penalized by not finding the mark with 50% in the test.

In the afternoon we did a task with limited consumption navigation. The pilots had 2 liters to achieve maximum points of rotation. The winner of the task was Javi Guerra with Snap 100 Clemente paramotor and Atis 3 Sky Paragliders. Pilots who flew the two 4-stroke engines penalized by not calculating the route well and not return to the airfield.

Day 2 (Friday June 17, 2011)

Launched a photo-navigation beacons declared hidden.

In this task was to declare the flight time in a navigation map imposed on the 24 km. where to draw well on track to pass through the doors or locate on the map markers photo-landing in a field for further instructions to follow after with another test to return to the field.

Several pilots came to do the first part of the test after the crash will be nullified by Angel Carrasco.

During the day the tests were suspended competition.

Day 3 (Saturday June 18, 2011)

Day begins with a takeoff and landing accuracy.

This 4 pilots get the maximum score of 500 points. The two brothers Paco and Javi Guerra, José M ºSola and Xavi Carlos Criado.

After a while, and have proposed various sleeves are just deciding to make a two-liter Fueling to fly, permanency.

The conditions at first seemed very good with several clusters and signs of vultures spinning lift.

The first to come out good of thermal cycles were variable, but with much less wind than later decided to leave some waiting for the power cycle is higher, and it did, but also increased the thermal wind and leaning much more complicated to pilots with large drift and low altitude gain.

This task was won by Javi Guerra (Sky Atis 3 and Snap 100 Clemente), followed by the outstanding Karen Skinner was the only one among all the pilots to climb to 2000 meters and ensure their time playing a thermal to another. The third place went to José M ª.Solá, Moncho and followed by Xavi Carlos.

In the afternoon, launching a host of navigation markers in 40 minutes by starting the clock at the end of breafing.

First out was José M ª. Solá he had a flight plan ambitious, but had to return to the field for engine problems.

The fastest and taking off the last one was getting 7 beacons Cesar Maldonado followed by Paco Guerra, Karen Skinner with 6 buoys like Javi and Victor but these last two penalized landing deck landing outside.

After navigating the public could enjoy a spectacular test of skill.

There was a clover with the inflatable pylons and a magnificent sunset in the background.

The maximum score for the pilot was arguably Paco Guerra, a set of excellent team prepared for this type of evidence (Paramania Fusion 20 C-Max Clement PRO) and its own aggressive technique by tilting the wing giving the greatest show without losing speed.

In this test, the second best time was Cesar Maldonado and third for Javi Guerra.

Day 4 (Sunday June 19, 2011)

Only perform a final task of skill, eight.

Paco was the fastest, followed by Javi, Cesar and Moncho was also penalized with Paco fly over the area and go off the circuit to do some aerial shots of the new bollards.

The fastest pilots will travel this year to compete in the World Cup in France Slalomania.
